LAUNCHED IN 2012

Polycom, a leader in enterprise video conferencing, needed a new telepresence product to meet the evolving needs of global business.  The UX Team and I were asked to deliver a ‘best in class’ immersive collaboration experience that was as intuitive as it was elegant.  Our design strategy evolved viewing both the physical elements in the room and the user interface as one continuous engaging experience.  The OTX was designed as a tool to promote creative thinking, collaboration, and facilitate decision making. In a world where the speed of business is forever increasing, the OTX is a critical tool.

As the User Experience Team Manger, my role was to recruit and mentor a multi-disciplinary  team that included user research, prototype engineering, and UX design.
